WAIVERS

Each player is required to complete a digital WAIVER every season. It is the responsibility of the team's organizer to distribute and collect waivers.

Attention Team Organizer: When a digital WAIVER has been collected for each member of your team, email the completed team stack of waivers to Dan Green dg.squamish@gmail.com by Friday November 8.
